Life-aware scheduling
The home view combines upcoming schedules, overdue tasks, a monthly calendar, daily details, D-day markers, operating metrics, and completion rhythm. Project, life, study, and finance categories retain the same visual identity across input, calendar, and detail views.
Schedules can span multiple days, repeat for regular events, and link back to the project or subject that gives them context. The same records appear on the home screen and relevant category pages.
Encrypted synchronization
The browser derives separate authentication and data-unlocking material from the user’s password. Workspace records and account-vault entries are encrypted before synchronization. The server stores ciphertext and operational metadata rather than readable workspace content.
A recovery code can unlock the same data key when a password is forgotten. Password and recovery-code originals are not stored by the service. If both are lost, the operator cannot recover the encrypted workspace.
Optional AI assistance
Users may supply a Gemini, OpenAI, or Groq API key for natural-language input, table generation, and review features. The key is stored as part of the encrypted workspace rather than readable server configuration.
When a user runs an AI feature, the browser decrypts the selected key and sends it with the chosen input directly to that provider. The provider’s terms, retention rules, rate limits, and data policies apply.
Account and advertising boundary
Users can review active devices, revoke sessions, create encrypted backups, remove workspace records, and permanently delete the account and server data. Authentication, recovery, loading, and error screens are not advertising placements.
If an eligible workspace page carries advertising, the ad remains separate from scheduling, vault, backup, account, and AI controls. No ad click is required to unlock or use a record, and readable workspace or vault content is not intentionally attached to an advertising request.
Current limits
The encryption design has not yet received an independent external security audit. Users should keep the downloaded recovery-code file offline, review active sessions, and avoid entering highly sensitive information into a free-tier AI provider.
myOS depends on authentication, synchronized storage, browser cryptography, and any AI provider selected by the user. Availability or policy changes in one dependency can affect the corresponding feature.
